Spare part service
Welcome to our mic o mic online spare part service. If you are missing a certain piece you can re-order it via the input screen on the left hand side.
Please do NOT return the incomplete kits to us. We will confirm your request as soon as possible by email and send out the missing parts within 2 weeks.
Thereby sending of spare parts within Germany is free of charge except for a postage and handling charge of € 2,90 up to 1 year after purchase if you can provide a proof of purchase.
This spare part service, of course, is only valid for missing parts of your construction kit in hand. If you wish to purchase additional items or spare parts for kits that are excluded from this option, our general terms and conditions apply.
